These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the text-message program operated by The Aesthetics Studio. By providing your mobile number and voluntarily opting in, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to provide the mobile number submitted. You may not enroll another person’s number without their permission.

SMS Program Description

The Aesthetics Studio may send:

• Non-marketing messages concerning appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, customer support, and responses to inquiries.
• Marketing and promotional messages concerning special offers, discounts, events, promotions, and new-service announcements.

Marketing consent is optional, collected separately, and is not a condition of purchasing products or services.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions, appointments, and communication preferences.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to or received from The Aesthetics Studio. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your messaging or data plan.

Opting Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from The Aesthetics Studio.

After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive additional messages from that messaging program unless you voluntarily enroll again.
